Sylfirm X
Sylfirm X represents a new standard in RF microneedling. Unlike previous generations of RF devices - which often lacked precision and could negatively affect fat cells - Sylfirm X offers a more controlled treatment with precise settings for both needle depth and energy level. This means you can safely treat even thin areas of skin without the risk of damaging underlying fat tissue. Another major advantage is that Sylfirm X uses insulated needles, which significantly reduces pain compared to older systems such as Morpheus. For those who have previously experienced RF as painful or unpredictable, Sylfirm X is a much gentler and safer option - with more treatment areas and shorter recovery time.

What is Sylfirm X?
Sylfirm X is the very latest generation of RF microneedling and the only one on the market with so-called Dual Wave technology - a combination of continuous and pulsed radio frequency. This makes the treatment both powerful and gentle, with unique possibilities to improve both deep and superficial skin problems. Sylfirm X is particularly effective for skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, redness, vessels, scars and sagging skin - and is also suitable for sensitive skin.
The treatment involves gently penetrating the skin with thin needles while applying radio frequency energy. This stimulates the skin's own collagen and elastin production, improving skin texture and giving a clearer, firmer and more even skin tone - all without fillers or surgery.
Who is Sylfirm X suitable for?
Sylfirm X is for those who want to:
- Rejuvenate skin and reduce fine lines
- Treat pigmentation spots, melasma or redness (rosacea)
- Reduce visible blood vessels and uneven skin tone
- Reduce scars, large pores or stretch marks
- Get firmer, clearer and more elastic skin
- Have a safe, gentle and effective treatment - even for sensitive skin
The treatment can be customised for both smaller and larger areas, and is equally suitable for those who want to treat specific problems (e.g. eye area, scars or small local areas) as for those who want an overall improvement of the face and neck.

You can also choose to enhance your treatment with herbal exosomes or chemical peels (MCA35), depending on your skin type and desired results.
How the treatment works
Before booking your treatment, you will need to book a consultation where we will discuss your needs and goals and customise the treatment you want.
The treatment session starts with the application of anaesthetic cream. The treatment itself takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on the area.
Afterwards, you can expect some redness and swelling, which usually subsides within a few hours to 24 hours. Dr Nina will, of course, provide you with clear aftercare instructions for the best possible results.
