Terms of purchase

By booking an appointment with NYOclinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1st Cancellation & Rebooking:

Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellation or no-show will be charged SEK 1,000 via invoice, regardless of the reason. Cancellations can be made via Bokadirekt or email to: bookings@nyoclinic.com

2. lanluma:

Special conditions For Lanluma treatments, the full amount will be charged in case of late cancellation or no-show for any reason.

3. consultation before injection treatment:

According to current regulations, a medical consultation is required at least 48 hours before treatment if it has been more than 6 months since the last consultation or treatment. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid consultation booked in good time, otherwise we cannot carry out the treatment.

4. results & guarantee:

Aesthetic treatments are personalised. We cannot guarantee specific results, as outcomes vary depending on skin type, lifestyle and other factors.

5. right of cancellation & transparency:

Right of cancellation & open purchase Due to the medical nature of the treatments, the right of cancellation or open purchase does not apply after the treatment has been completed.

6. Health declaration:

A mandatory health declaration must be completed before each injection treatment. Treatment may be refused if the information is missing or incomplete.

7. age limit & consent:

We only treat people over the age of 18. By booking, you certify that you are of legal age and consent to the treatment and these terms.

8. payment terms:

Invoices for late cancellations/no-shows must be paid within 10 days. Unpaid invoices are forwarded to debt collection.

9. insurance & patient safety:

NYOclinic is registered with the Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) and all patients are insured during treatment with us, according to current patient injury legislation.
