Omega-3 Total (200 ml) is a unique combination of natural fish oil with a high EPA content and extra virgin olive oil from organic farming (which acts as an antioxidant). A daily dose (8 ml, approximately 1 tablespoon) provides you with a full 2,000 mg of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.
The recommended dose of 2 grams of omega-3 has been shown to be effective in addressing and regulating insufficient levels of omega-3 in the body, which can be clearly demonstrated by measuring one’s omega-3 index.
Taste and quality
The quality of the raw materials and the unique purification process used for the fish oil give NORSAN Omega-3 Total its pleasant taste. A few drops of natural lemon oil add an extra fresh hint of lemon (the product is also available in a natural version, without lemon oil). The oil is exceptionally fresh, which is clearly reflected in its delicious flavour. Freshness is measured, amongst other things, by a low TOTOX value (total oxidation) in the oil. The high quality of the raw materials and the unique three-stage purification process (which also includes micro-distillation) guarantee the very highest quality of NORSAN fish oil. For you as a consumer, this offers a major advantage – you are completely spared any fishy or unpleasant aftertaste.
Instead of taking the oil straight from the spoon, you could mix it into a smoothie, or why not drizzle it over a salad or some other cold dish?.
Dosage The recommended daily dose is 8 ml, which is approximately 1 tablespoon. For optimal absorption by the body, it is recommended that the oil be taken with (or shortly after) a meal. At the recommended daily dose, one bottle will last for 25 days. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor.

Storage Unopened bottles should be stored in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. At temperatures below 4°C, crystals may form in the oil. These crystals will quickly dissolve again after a few minutes at room temperature. We recommend that you shake the bottle gently before use. Keep out of reach of small children. Once opened, the bottle should be kept in the fridge and used within 45 days. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
